The Reality!!
Me & my Sis were watching Emotional Atyachaar when two of cousins dropped in.
After looking at the TV, one of them asked "You watch this every week?"
"Yes! Its good to see some people doing such a social service where the Lead gets to know what the reality of their partner is." my sis replied.
"You think all this is true? It's all a set up ya..."
The reply had us both taken by surprise...
How easy has it become for people to wrap a script in a way that we actually beleive it to be reality. Coming to think of it logically, is it really possible that out of about 50 cases handled till date, 48 Suspects were tagged Cheat/ Disloyal "Fail in Loyalty Test" as termed by the Crew members.
Has the value of relationship steeped so low in our eyes that irrespective of being a guy or a girl, irrespective of being married, irrespective of being committed for a long or short period of time, People flirt around and cheat their partners without a second thought??
Is this the reality or is the reality hidden?
What are people doing at Big Boss's home? Staying with wierd strangers, doing bizarre things and getting into verbal and physical fights which the audience actually enjoys!!
What are these fights that happen between judges of a show all about??
What about the events where contestants quit the competition or mentors leave the show after an argument...?
Well... The world of television does not have anything for people to learn from, it only has things to entertain irrespective of its content and the impact of such content on the audience... The surprising thing was when one of the "So called cheater on EA" confessed that he knew he was being watched and whatever he did was done knowingly. Well, If someone is getting all the attention without much to do about it, Why wont it be done?
The point is to differentiate... Between the Reality and Floss!!
As far as things on the screens are concerned, let them not be a source of learning at all, Watch it, Enjoy it and Forget it!!
The Reality is what we Learn in Life...
Keep the Learning on!!
Cheers!
God Bless!!

No End!
People say that when relationship ends, everything ends! It seems like an end to one chapter in our lives..
I don't know how many of you agree with that but I totally disagree.
Because... From the time I've started recognizing people, I have hardly forgotten... Names may have escaped my mind but if I see them after years, I can say that I've known them some where, some time...
If this is the case with people we once knew, how can we forget those with whom we have been acquainted more closely?
Be it a friend who betrayed you
Or Someone who's no longer alive
Be it the one you love/ loved and lost
Or the one you disliked the most
Relationships may end but everything does not!!
You still have them in the back of your minds, You think of them when you pass by places that you'd been to. A movie you watched together can bring back some memories. A situation you see someone else going through reminds you of your state. Any event, place, thing or name may take you back to the time when that person was around...
It is impossible for one to forget people who occupied a different place in our heart and mind. So never try to forget someone. Accept the circumstances and keep walking ahead...
You may physically not see them or talk to them but some unspoken conversation happens at different stages of our lives...
People with special places live with us forever!!!
Cheers to all those special people!!
God Bless!!

The Look!
How many of us have observed the makeover Bangalore is having?
I'm sure we've all noticed it...
Wondering what I'm talking about?
Well.. Its not the metro project or the roads that have been tarnished because of it.
Its not the various deviations we have to take while traveling.
Its not the development in 'Once extension areas' which are now a part of Bangalore
And its neither about the new international airport BIAL!!
Its about some very simple yet prominent things...
The paintings made on the walls on the sides of the roads. I've observed them at Sheshadripuram, towards Lalbagh West Gate and towards KR circle...
These are some impeccable pieces of art made by not so famous artists. They depict everything about our city and state from farmers to fishermen, parrots, peacock, tigers, horses, elephants, languors, from temples to palaces, from gardens to lakes and some beautiful monuments which are a part of our heritage.
There are captions above and below the sceneries reminding us what the core of our being is...
They are not just some paintings, they depict our true self and where we come from. No wonder they are made by unknown people but their work is commendable. I thoroughly appreciate the fact that someone has had the brains to think of something like this, find people who do it and actually get it done. I'm sure a lot of people not only got employed but also had an opportunity to showcase their talent. Its not on a TV show or at a national level. But painting walls of the city portraying our base and culture is not a small thing either.
Have a look at them when you pass by such walls, I'm sure you will forget your worries, work and tensions and just want to enjoy the look of them. They take you to another world and beautify the City in a very innovative and amazing way!!
Have a Look at the New Look and you'll Love the Look!!
Cheers!!

Make it Work!
I visited a website where an anonymous female threw this topic open for discussion.
She asked "If trust has been broken... Can it ever be gotten back?
I read a all the replies that she'd got. A few of them said It may be rebuilt, some said it can't be, some agreed that it can be but only to a limit. But the best and most honest reply I found was by a male who said "IN ONE WORD, NO!"
To be honest, I agree with the guy completely on this. I feel trust one broken can never be repaired. Even if it is, the scars will stay.
There was another post that I agree with...
"If You want to make it work, You will!!"
Trust is no doubt an important factor in any relationship. No matter the type of relationship, be it romantic, friendly, or between parent and child, an essential ingredient is trust and it can't be the same after being broken but if you really want to make the relationship work, the one who broke the trust should prove to be worthy and the other should forget the past. Yes, it does take time and its better to take time and heal a wound rather than leaving it to give you sorrow forever.
"Let your anger out.
Resolve to let it out and then let it go.
Give someone a second chance only if you rate that person to be worthy.
Know that things can never go back to the way they once were and keep your eyes wide open to future betrayals.
Once you've decided you will make it work, it becomes a lot easier to look at the happy sides and leave the tears behind..
The key is not to let time alone to heal it every time.
The key is to believe in the relationship and Make It Work!!
Cheers!!

Price or Value...
While having a discussion about the change in prices of commodities, My uncle said that he had purchased gold at a price of rupees 400 - 450 per gram about ten years ago. Silver was rupees 6,000 a kg.
Even at that time, People purchased a limited quantity of them.
Observing the trend today, people buy more since they can afford more. But The prices are ever rising. Gold is over rupees two thousand a gram and silver is rupees 44,000 and is increasing rapidly.
One night while I was watching TV, a newsreader was suggesting viewers various avenues of investment. I wondered what is this yellow and white metal that is gaining prices that are shooting unbelievably high.
To be honest, the artificial jewelery available in silver and gold colors cannot be differentiated from the real ones unless checked or tested. You buy artificial stuff and flaunt like it is real metal. Then what is it that is behind these crazy prices.
You'd Think what has made me write about Metal today.
My point is not Metal, It is the Price...
What I want to throw light on at this point is that people today are very familiar about the Prices of everything but it is sad that the Value of nothing is known.
Thinking on very basic lines, we can say what is the Price of gold but we can't really explain what its Value is!!
Students bunk classes and don't mind paying penalty fee to get their hall ticket. Why not maintain the minimum attendance?
Riders skip traffic signals and then pay fine. Why not follow traffic rules?
Youth spend a lot of money on movie tickets but fail to realize the value of the other's time.
We all eat lavish food at restaurants and usually some quantity of it is left even after we're done eating. Why don't we get it packed and give it to someone on the roadside who's hungry?
We send a lot of birthday and anniversary wishes to people and after that don't talk to them until the same day arrives the next year. Isn't the Relationship with that person important or we just want to complete formalities?
I hope at least one of the points I mentioned above sounds relevant to you.
Understand and Respect the Value of things rather than knowing just the Price...
It is a thought provoking thought that has changed my life and I'm sure it will change your's too...
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Impulse...
What can impulse make you do???
Have you noticed people say "I'm sorry I dint mean what I just said"?
Have you realized you should not have done something that you've done long back?
We many times feel that we should have helped someone or we should have thought more before deciding a particular thing or we simply feel we should have spoken to someone or taken an advice before moving ahead with something....
We think...
But the trouble is that we give it a thought after it is done.
We do things and later realize it should not have been this way...
No one is to be blamed for this and blaming does not help either...
Impulse...
It is all done impulsively and majority of the times, impulsive decisions only damage things...
I have seen relationships break, people suffer, friends depart and hearts broken because of a moment of impulse...
It is just a request to everyone who's reading this to practice and advice your near and dear one's to think.. and think wisely before taking decisions...
Impulse is for a few seconds... but the outcomes and consequences are to be born for months, years and sometimes in for life!!!
Think well.. Think Wise...
Cheers!!

A New Start...
I've very recently and very closely seen how life changes...
Just in a matter of minutes, one gets a new name...
And with it come new roles one has to play, new responsibilities, new experiences to go through, new happiness to be a part of, new excitement to handle....
A lot of things happened in this month and it has indeed changed my life... Its good to see how one evolves to take care of a new set of people and it is equally heartbreaking to accept that there will be one person less at my home...
Its true that a new beginning always awaits us...
So all those who have been disheartened and disappointed, look for that new beginning.. I'm sure there many things in life to be happy about..
Those who are going good, make it better with the new start..
This last day of November I realized that I haven't written all this month and in the form of my new beginning, I promise at least 10 write ups every month...
To all those who read...
And to those whose Love, Blessings and Good wishes never leave me...
Thank You!!
May You too experience a new start....
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Achievement!!
Have you ever had the experience of meeting someone you once knew?
Not A friend or someone from far family..
Someone who is not related to you, Yet you know them..
Or In some cases, you know lesser people than people know you?
You are walking on the road and someone calls you by your pet name. You turn around to see who it is and it is a very old friend's mom. She smiles at you, talks to you, asks you what you've been doing and invites you home... It's a pleasant meet...
When your just passing buy the marketplace after buying something while talking to your acquaintance and you see a face who seems known... You don't know the name but you feel you know the person and even after that you ignore and walk away... After a few steps, both of you turn around, see each other and exchange smiles....
Knowing people is not a big thing... Remembering them is...
But the Best thing is to be Remembered!!
You don't know names and faces, Yet people remember you and give a second look after you pass by, is a big thing...
Who has time to think how you are... But when someone stops you and asks about you, Be proud to know you are someone worth remembering...
We Do remember many people, we also miss them and may be we can never tell them that we do. But when someone misses us, it is a small achievement!!
I call this achievement....
"WINNING HEARTS!!"
Win Hearts, Spread Love and Joy....
Being remembered is a Blessing... Be Blessed!!
Cheers!

ONE LAST TIME...
Very frequent may be the cases when we get to meet the ones we are fond of...
After a while that very frequently becomes weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and then very long... Life has its speed and it goes on. But after we are into serious things like further studies, job, business or marriage, very rare are the times we get to spend with the ones we enjoy life with...
Family is always there, friends and some special ones too are there but you might just not find it possible to make it up at a get together or a dinner or may be even a coffee...
We think that friends are always there, we can meet them anytime. However far we are, whenever we meet, things will be the same...
It is nothing more than a mistake...
My best friend and I met one Friday at a Barista, we spoke lots and after a while left... When i was on my vehicle, leaving, he sat on his vehicle busy with his cell phone. I said "Take care", he looked up and waved... Saturday changed our lives... and we got disconnected with each other in a way that we cant talk to each other for life...
How I wish i should have stayed for some more time...
I wish I'd told him how special he is to me, how much I valued his friendship and his presence in my life...
I wish i could thank him for all the care and support..
I wish i could give him my best wishes for life...
I wish i could hug him one last time....
I wish.....
I share this personal example just to convey that whatever happens is Not in our hands... So Tell your special ones how Special they are to you. Fight with Friends and Tell them if its their Mistake. If it your Mistake, Apologize... If it is theirs', Accept the Apology. Spread Smiles to those who are upset.. Hug your Friends before departing, Give them your Good Wishes for everything they do. Give them Courage to face challenges, Thank them for their Support...
We never know when Life puts us in Wierd situations where you Have to Ignore the ones who you'd hug at the First Sight...
So Live It today!! Spread Love...
Jo Dil Mein Hai... Bol Do...
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

DAUGHTERS....
They bring an all new atmosphere..
Some are quiet, Some are playful, Some are naughty...
Some people are blessed with too many of them...
Some crave for them and some people do not want them...
But all of them are adorable and charming...
It is unfortunate to know the number of female foeticides taking place these days but the Fact is Daughters are not less than a blessing...
A Daughter cries when she sees tears in Mom's eyes.. She Learns from Dad.. She Helps siblings.. She Stands up and fights when the family is in trouble.. She takes the Teachings of her Parents and leaves for a new journey in another house, with someone else.. She tries to adjust in a new environment, accepting a bunch of unknown people as her family now.. She learns new things and adapts herself accordingly.. After this her Journey progresses as she takes different forms of a lady.. She is a Wife, a Daughter in law, a Mother and so on....
All these new roles usually take toll on the very first post that God sends her in this World with...
She is a Daughter..
The Little girl who was a Doll for her Grandparents...
The one who cares for her Brothers and Sisters as she learnt they were her Family..
The one who grows to become an Understanding Teenager but often does not show her True Feelings for her Mother..
The one who Looks up to her Father and has such Immense Love for him that she wants her future Life Partner to Be Like Her Father!!
The day her Wedding Day is decided, There are 1001 things going on in her mind about her life... From that day on, her life is split in to many more new roles. Finally the Day arrives when the Parents give away a piece of Their Heart to Someone they think will keep her happy and be her support at all times...
While Hugging the Parents and taking Their Blessing before starting a new Life, The Daughter / New Bride has Tears in her eyes..
Tears that say that the Golden years of her life with them are Unforgettable..
Tears that say she would miss all the crazy things she did..
Tears that say she'd want to tease her brothers and sisters again..
Tears that say she would die to fight with her mother for little things..
Tears that say "Dad... I always wanted to be Your Son!"
Tears that say she'l make sure her Parents Teachings help her succeed in the New Life..
Tears that say...... much more than I can put in words...
Dedicated To BHAVNA DAGA!!
(The one who is getting married in a month!!)
Wishing You a Life full of Love and Learning Experiences...

UNEXPLAINABLE...
How do you feel after being left alone...
How do you feel when you have no one to listen to..
When you have many to listen but none to understand how you feel...
How do you express you feelings for the one who is no more around??
How do you explain why you love someone so much when that someone doesn't care?
How do you get rid of some memories you do not want in the corner of your mind???
Unexplainable...
Talking to your closed one's won't help, you may just fire them or in some cases, it may be the other way round... It is not important to tell what you feel to anyone when you sure know no one would understand. Things just get complicated between you and the one you are telling...
Just talk to yourself... Missing someone is not bad at all... Your dear ones might ask you to avoid it though... Sometimes you have the strong feelings or intuitions that indicate the presence of some kind of happiness or sorrow around those special ones who have exited. This is something you can never explain...
But harming yourself, ignoring your self is not wise to do...
Miss them, Think about the good and the bad times you shared with them, Feel good about the compatibility you shared but most of all... Be Grateful for experiencing Those special moments, Thank the one who'd come to your Life and changed Things for you, Changed You!! Because rarely do you give the Power to Someone To Influence The way you think, the way you work or the way you Live...
Make sure you pray for their well being. Pray for you to be at peace...
To All Those Who Have Lost Their Love To Something called Destiny...
Cheers!
God Bless!!

Love is not what it is taken to mean these days...
Its the pure form of affection for someone...
When someone you've loved unconditionally departs from you, You want someone...
Someone to listen to you.... Just listen.. No philosophy, No free advices..
We wouldn't say much when someone listening to us interrupts us or tells us...
"Rehne de na yaar, woh tere laayak nahi"
"Hey.. Don't worry... You'l get someone better"
But the truth is slightly bitter...
All these are just to say.. When you have loved someone deeply. Done everything you could do for that person, their departure breaks you. I'm not saying that one should not get over a break up or should not overcome separation with a loved one ever... Everyone has a right to be happy and everyone should. Its not easy, but sooner or later, one has to realize that life would not have been the same without that special someone...
So it is good to reduce our pain n the trouble of our close ones.. They want us happy too... So don't make them feel they don't exist or they are not important... This was for those who have ever lost their loved ones..
This is for those who are close to those someones...
Please...
Listen to them.. just listen.. Because more often.. They feel light after talking about the good times they have shared with their love. Please avoid talking low about their love, It may just make them miss those loved ones even more... And nothing worse, because they can't talk to them...
Listen to them and when you do, notice the beam in their eyes and smile on their faces... Those are the good old memories.. The only things left after losing their Love!!
"Kisike zakhm ke sookhne mein madat na kar sako, toh use hara bhi hone mat do"
May God bless all with Abundant Love!!!
Cheers!!
God bless!!

TRUST...
About Trust, A very famous saying goes...
If 'T' is separated from Trust, if becomes 'Rust'....
I'm sure all of us agree with that...
My observance tells me whether we give or don't give importance to the letters 'T, R, T' in the word Trust, We should not forget "U & S"... Because a relationship is made of two people and if those two people are overlooked for other things, the relationship is sure in danger...
There are different people we come across during our journey of life, those with different likes and dislikes. They may be of different opinions on the same thing which does not mean they can not get along. I and my closest friend are poles apart when it comes to the way we handle things, our likes and hobbies... Still we've been together for over four years now and we will be the same whether we talk to each other often or not...
Whenever you meet your dear one's, every time it should be like a new memory. This fresh memory only strengthens relationships... But you need not wait to talk to such people when there are strange things you get to know or feel about the other. Piling things up may worsen the case... Words used to get answers or to find out things should be selected very carefully. One word wrongly used may ruin the whole effort..
Trust once broken is hard to build and with people who are very dear to you, it shatters you like pieces of broken glass that can never be put together...
Life is short and we gain nothing from hurting anyone. There may be misunderstandings which can be cleared only by Talking and Listening. If you only Talk, You don't give a chance to the other to put their point. And if you only Listen, You won't be able to get answers for all your questions....
We trust only those who matter to us, those who are our family, close friends and spouses or partners... Relationships are very delicate and just a jerk may shake the trust factor which could never be fixed...
Just a piece of advice...
1. Don't trust anyone easily...
2. Don't hurt those who trust you!!
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Paranormal!!
How many of us believe that there is another world?
A world that we don't usually see. or may be a world not many of us can see...
Some of us Feel it and some of us experience it through our closed ones.
Have You Ever felt someone is trying to talk to you? Someone whom you cannot see or not hear clearly? Have you ever got signs to stop or move one? Have you been troubled by something without any mistake of yours? Have you felt someone is taking control of things you should have control of?
For many these are just stories but those who have experienced or seen a dear one go through it know the real, dark, hidden truth. The truth that is unknown, unseen, unspoken, unheard and unexperienced!
It sounds interesting to listen to or talk about or even watch it from a distance. But such things are life taking at times. They change lives of others as well... It affects the dear ones and the faint hearted ones...
There does exist another world. There are paranormal and supernatural activities that happen around us! The citizens of the other world await us. Some may save us too. They are the good souls...
Do good deeds and be good souls... In this life and the other...
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Ponder...
We humans very well know there are some things we will never get...
Yet we don't stop fighting to get them!
We know there are people who will never be with us...
Yet we Do everything possible to be with them!
We know someone will not be a part of our future...
Yet we cant stop thinking about them!
We know someone has broken our heart and We are shattered...
But we pray for that someone to have a bright Life! We never forget that someone whatever their deeds!
What are such relations, feelings, assumptions or anticipations called??
How do we name or define or explain them?
They can not be...
Neither Named nor defined or explained.!!
Because somethings in life are not in our control. It may not be the same for all of us, but there is something that we don't have a reason for!! Think over such things. Is it the Creator playing games with us? People who believe in God may say so....
What about people who don't believe in God or The Supreme Being? Why do strange things happen with them? Why do we don't have explanations??
Ponder....
God Bless!!

The Essence...
What is the essence of life??
Is it Reaching Greatest Heights??
Conquering Places and obtaining some Treasures?
Making a Fortune..
Or Living a Long Life...?
Jains have a different way.. They are born with an inbuilt attribute... Whether they do anything in their lives or not, They know One Way to get over bitter Memories and Wrong Doings...
Throughout the year, The most Auspicious Time is An Eight Year Festive and Holy Time... Spending Time in temples praying in the mornings... Attending Religious ceremonies in the afternoon.. Decorating temples and idols of Lords... Evenings in front of the Lord, Singing Bhajans in his Praise... Praying sessions, Fasts...
Different and interesting tasks keep them occupied all week. The eighth day is the day that is meant to ask for forgiveness... Truly Speaking, Forgiveness that should be asked for Immediately at the time of our wrong doing. But this is Universal Forgiveness...
From all the beings for all the hurt... With Folded hands and bowed heads, we ask for forgiveness and clear our hearts and the accounts of our sins...
Some sins can not be forgiven but Jains do not miss this day of Purification of Souls...
Why just Jains? I urge all People of all Religions and Castes to ask for forgiveness from all beings. Not for the happiness of others, But for Themselves, For their own peace and sanity...
Ask for forgiveness... Because the essence of life is not enjoyment or fun, its not long life or too many relations, its not looks or personality and its not even wealth or power... The essence of Life is Peace...
May God Bless All With Peace...
Cheers!!

Unconditional...
There are special people in everyone's lives...
Apart from family, there are some inseparable parts of our lives. We may not talk to them too often, we may fight with them or not see each others faces. Whatever be the situation, Our Hearts are always connected. Something tells us they are happy and we are happy to know that. Something indicates they are in trouble and we call or pop in front of them to shoo their worry away...
Whether you share a relationship that has a name or you have something that can't be defined using words, they are special to you!
Try it out! Take the example of someone you always think about. You want that person to be happy, you want to share his / her worries, want to help him / her handle things in tough times and sometimes just want him / her to learn to overcome problems on their own... There's someone who does not leave your thoughts despite the distance between the two of you. There is someone you would do anything for without wanting a thing in return...
After a thorough check up of your connectivity with that one person, you'd know that apart from love, care or even friendship, there is something that you can't explain... Can't express... That is unconditional!!
So whenever you have someone caring for you, trying to cheer you up, wanting you to be happy without saying why they feel so, acknowledge their efforts. Don't try find the meaning of what you share. Don't take it to mean something that is shallow and narrow... Leave it there.... It is something words can't express...
Cherish such people in life.. Life may take them away from you physically but Never let them step out of the Doors of your Heart!!
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Parents...
They are the reason we are here... We know that very well!
But how much do we actually know?
Do we know the pain our mothers went through while giving birth to us?
Do we know how our dad would have felt when he first took us in his arms?
Do we realize how many wishes of theirs were unfulfilled for ours?
Do we know the amount of their prayers that always protect us...
We will never know these feelings unless we are parents!
They may scream at us when we are out till late, but its their worry for us. They may not want us to get along with wrong people, its their care. They may slap us when we back answer, they want us to learn manners. They may blast us when we don't eat food, its the pain they feel for us...
We do very little to make them happy, very little to express our love for them. I won't give advices or suggest what you to do things for them. Just one request...
Do anything but don't let a wrinkle appear on their foreheads because of you. If the wrinkle has appeared, Don't let a tears fall from their eyes...
We need to be the pillars to those who have been our pillars... From the time of our existence...
Cheers!!
God bless Our Parents!!

Best Line Ever...
There are many times I sit and think what is the best thing told by anyone...
Is it the line "I Love You!"
Or "I'm Sorry"
Or "I'm there for you!"
Or "Forgive and Forget"
Or any such motivational proverbs...
What's the best thing someone you love or the one who loves you could ever say....?
There's a guy who loves this girl from 4 years... He dint express his feelings then and they were apart...
They met after a long time but till then, the girl had been through a broken relationship. When they started talking again and the guy finally expressed his feelings, the girl dint know what to do!
Should she say yes and go with the flow?
Or should she just let the doors of her Heart be shut forever...
When the Guy realized that the girl was in a dilemma, he was all there to support her, stand by her adn comfort her.
He did everything possible to make her happy and expected nothing in return apart from Her Smile...
She used to be worried about the future. What would happen if they would not be together? How would things happen...
Just One line of his made her forget everything...
"Please give me a few days of happiness than giving me pain forever!"
This is a message to all those in Love who are worried of expressing your feelings and those who don't live their lives fully...
Make Your Loved Ones Happy. Keep Yourself Happy. Loving others is not wrong but Not Loving Yourself is Bad!!
Love Yourself, Express Yourself and Spread Happiness to the Ones You Love than leaving them in Pain!!!
Cheers!!

Wait...
Your wife is taking too long to get ready...
Your exams are driving you crazy and you want them to end soon.
Your life has troubled you loads... and you cant wait to be happy...
Your boyfriend is always late and you hate to look for him on the road...
You have a clear and specific goal in life.. But something keeps you holding.
How long can we wait?
For a special occasion to come? For a special someone to walk into our lives and make it happening? For an opportunity to knock at our door? For our dear one to understand how much we care for them? For our talent to be shown to the world?
There may be hundreds of reasons... But they are not reasons, They are just Excuses...
We need not wait for the right time when we know that what we have is Special!
We need not wait for someone to realize our care, we should tell them we care...
We may not be able to wait for the bad phases of our lives to get over, But there is something hidden in them that we should not forget to take.
There are excuses to avoid doing things or to be ignorant and blindly believing that things will be done when time comes. It is Foolish to think that things can be made better without doing anything about it.
With that belief, we are not only wasting time but are also letting go many opportunities that would have been fruitful if we had acted in time...
Don't wait for a Chance to hit your head, Take chances, Learn and Achieve...
Don't wait for Happiness to kiss you, Give yourself the positive vibes that will keep you going... You will be where you want to be!!
Don't plan after the dark clouds of your life shed away... Have your priorities set while they are over your head!
Don't wait for Results to decide what you would do next. Have a goal in life... One that keeps you on the track where you Emerge as a person...
These are just some ways that can keep us on the right path. These will never let us go Astray...We just need to believe in Ourselves and Have Faith... Keep doing your job. You will get what You are working for!!
All The Best!!
Cheers!
God Bless!!

Cheers!

The Bond...
Raksha Bandhan is a festive day that brings all the naughty and annoying brothers and all the nagging and cribbing sisters together... (At least for sometime)
We share different kinds of relations with our siblings. Elder ones usually dominate and younger ones annoy the elder ones. Whether we are Tom and Jerry or Dexter and Didi, our love for them most of the times remains unspoken.
We may hit each other, throw tantrums, annoy each other, pull each other's leg, shout scream and don't talk to each other, The fact is... Despite the thousands of fights we have with them, our true bond is of care... This shows only when our siblings are away or married!! We rarely show that we can't live without them!!
We may be very fond of irritating and teasing the other, but when time tests us, we stand up for them and next to them and fight the world for them!!
So what is this protection bond? It simply means our "Dear Bhaiyas" will always protect their "Lovely Behnas" from the bad, evil, sorrow and from troubles... Well that was the past... Today there are add ons...
Cash payment, some chocolates and some gifts are kind of okay with the sisters.. ;) A pair of gold earrings, a branded watch, some branded clothes would also be good to get.... Anyway... Brothers dread this day as an Income Tax Raid on their pockets and Sisters await it as Collection Day
Whatever meanings or definitions we give to this day, we can never put in words what we really feel about our siblings and how much we actually care for them...
To all the Devil Brothers... and all the Deadly Sisters... ;)
Love you Bhai :)
Cheers!
God Bless!!

Not so priviledged...
We are the second highest in population in the world and soon we may Top at one thing in this World!
This is the main reason why children do not get what they deserve, what they need. Children from good families do get all the facilities but the real India has more children without facilities...
New Born babies and Infants get various diseases because of untidy environment and unhealthy or no food. As they grow up, they either succumb or get used to such diseases due to the lack of medication.
Once they start learning to walk, they are in the arms of some elders who go around begging. After they grow a little more, they will do it themselves.
In the Age of 4 - 14, they get to sell flowers, polish shoes, wash cars, pick pockets, throw newspapers, sell pirated or photocopied stuff, watch shoes outside temples and churches, serve at small hotels on the highways and everything else but Education!
This will be the Future of India... Uneducated!
It is not wise for us to ask the Government to do everything every time. Besides Government rarely responds to a problem before its too late to find or implement a solution. Rich people can go ahead and lighten their treasures for the education of at least one such child. Social groups can be formed especially for children education. A child can be adopted, wherein while he stays with his family, his education is taken care of...
There are solutions but the need of the hour is to identify those in need and help them. This will help us see better future, A Better India!!
Cheers!!

Dark Clouds...
I decided to spend sometime with myself yesterday. So I walked up to my terrace with my notebook and pencil. I thought I'd listen to music but the weather was just too good to let me think of anything else...
Huge Clouds filled the sky... There were light gray clouds above my head. A little further, were some dark gray ones concentrated on a small area and the horizon showed white clouds... Strong wind blew against my face while I could see some clouds showering somewhere near. In all this, there were birds flying high and enjoying the monsoon wind... A while later, some sun rays shone on my face scattering some clouds away...
At first I looked at them adoring the beauty of the lovely scenery. Then I came to the meaning of all this in our life.
The world is, Just like the sky and clouds are problems that bring storms in our lives... There may not be Dark Clouds on everyone's heads at the same time. Some have the light ones and some may have heavy ones. What you need to do is just look at the clear Horizon and you'll know that the clouds won't stay forever...
Some dark clouds may bring heavy rains and some may set aside after a drizzle of tears in store for you. You may get drenched but you just have to get dried up so that you don't spoil your health... The blowing wind, which can be referred to as passing Time will drive the clouds away. With Time, we'll pass through it.
Try and Fly like those birds. You might just get your hands on some great moments that Subside the Pain for a while. This may also give you a new Zeal and Motivation to Fight Problems and Find Solutions...
And if you feel that the Clouds are going to be there Forever... Pause and take a look above. There may be a Ray of Sunlight - a Ray of Hope that will tear into the cloud to give you Light. After this, be sure that the clouds will Soon Scatter and Your Life will be a Clear Blue Sky Again.
Fill the wind within you in the form of Courage and Patience.
Get Drenched when it rains to Wash Away your Sorrow!
Fly to Feel Free...
Wait... There is a Ray that will give you a New Life...
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Made in Heaven...!
"Made in heaven"...
This is usually how marriages are referred to... If that is the case, why are the precursors and aftermaths of marriage worse than hell??
I write today getting inspiration from some real life examples. Some incidents that have happened with my Dear ones...
Two people got acquainted in college, fell in love. The guy wanted to get married soon and girl could not. Time did not let them be together and today the guy is married to someone else...
A girl can not marry the one she loves because she is a few years elder to him...
A guy loves a girl and when he talks to his family about it and ask if they have anything against the girl, The reply he gets is... 'Conditions apply'!
A girl who loves someone is feared to tell her family about it because her elder sister was adamant at getting married to the one she loved. This gave the family a lot of mental trauma... She doesn't want to do the same...
A woman marries the one who proposes her and after a few years, she discovers that he was already married and has a family. She has two kids and is now bringing them up single handedly. The shameless husband stays with her 2 - 3 times a week saying he loves her but refuses a single penny to the family...
True it is... We are not Independent!!
Because we, being living people are not allowed to choose our partner, we are not let to walk out of a relationship easily, we are not allowed to love or dream of being with our love!!
Some of us are worried more about the family and sacrifice our love for it.
Age... is a reason given to overshadow the disagreement with Love!
Conditions are imposed...
Fear takes the place of Confidence in Love...
Marriage binds people, even when they know that they'd die of Suffocation...
For all these and more reasons, I'd like to restate what I'd started with... "Majority of the people Think that Arranged Marriages are Made in Heaven!!"
To all the parents who are reading...
Please understand your kids and support their love. They will respect you even more. Even if their relationship does not succeed... Your kid has made your job easier. You don't have to look for anyone. Just have a look at the one who's been chosen...
To all those who Are in Love...
All The Best!! :)
Cheers!

Surprise!!!
One of my friends asked the other teasingly this morning... "Dude, when is your marriage?"
"23rd December" came a quick reply.
All of us Laughed!!
A while after, there was complete silence, we asked him again "You're not serious... Are you?". "No. That is my wedding day" he said looking down shyly...
We realized then, that he was serious! Surprise Surprise... This morning got a really shocking surprise to me and my friends... The First Wedding in Our Group!!
This little incident gave me something I'd been missing for a long long time - Surprises...
Imagine you getting to enjoy your favorite sweet brought by your Dad when you're really upset and dint expect that coming...
How would the kids playing on the road feel when you walk up to them and hand over each of them a chocolate?
You know, something you want is out of stock and you get it as a birthday present...
A Surprise does not really mean a huge party on your birthday or expensive gifts. Little things done with care and love matter more...
Tears fall down from your eyes and a friend of rings up or pops up in front of you... That's a surprise...
A surprise is when the best moments of your life are given back to you as a photo album...
Your love listens to you when you're upset and after you're done speaking, he or she says "You were upset? I just called because I'm missing you!"
Little and special moments of life are the best surprises...
So Go Ahead and Surprise your Love!! Surprise Yourself (All of us Should Love Ourselves!)
Make someone's life better... Once in a While...
A Surprise is a Super Prize!!
Cheers!!

INDIA!!...
Big House, but Small Family
More degrees, less Common Sense
Advance medicine, Poor Health
Man touched moon, Neighbour untouched
High income, less Peace of Mind
High IQ, less Emotions
Good Knowledge, less Wisdom and
Huge number of humans but less Humanity
Sad but True, This happens in India as well. This message from a friend evoked my thoughts... What is the true India Today???
A walk on a busy street just a day before I- Day revealed a different India to me...
The first look on the lane and my eyes paused on a man who was arranging Flags and batches. These would have been bought at half price, sold at double the price a day before Independence Day and the price becomes fourfold on I - Day!
For example, the smallest plastic flag costing 50 paise is sold at Rupee 1, and at Rs. 2 on 15th of August.
A majority of the so called "Middle Class" contributes to the Hustle bustle. College going students and Book lovers shop for photocopied versions of famous novels and books sold at a rate you can bargain up to half by kids between the age 8 - 14 years...
A two wheeler, with a rider, a pillion and two children is halted in the middle of the road and when one of their belongings fell, an old man doesn't mind picking it up and returning it safely...
I climbed up some stairs and entered the temple to find an equal number of youth to get the blessings of Lord as the oldies...
While on my way back home, an old man walked with a heavy cardboard box on his head and when he tumbled over a stone, a young lady helped him regain balance...
A little further, some girls coming from college were eve - teased and they showed the courage to confront the annoyer...
Very close to my home where a man got down from his vehicle to talk to someone and forgot to switch it off, a little kid came turned off the vehicle and ran away...
We talk a lot about the New and the Old India, the Good and the Corrupt India, the Traditional and the Contemporary India, The Developed and the Backward India, the Rich and the Poor India...
But This is the Real India...
Where people have thirst for knowledge and are cultivating the Good habit of reading.
Where clean hearted people still exist who don't think before lending a helping hand.
Where the youth respect their Traditions and Religions.
Where the young help the Old and treat them with care.
Where Girls have learnt not to take Nonsense from eve teasers and let such cases increase.
Where little kids know the Importance of our Resources.
Slowly, but we are now a part of The Awakening India!
Rise and Shine India!!!
Jai Hind!
Happy Independence...

Memories...
Everyday of our life comes with expectations and anticipations, Some of them are fulfilled some are not...
Some problems of the past are carried forward, some are sorted and some are not...
Some questions linger in our minds. Some are answered, others are left for us to ponder upon...
There are some puzzles that are cracked and rest keep tingling us...
Everyday is New and becomes old in just a day!
We say something Change stays forever and the only thing that's Constant is Change. True it is but I Disagree that just Change is Forever!
There is something else that we get everyday and it stays with us all along. Memories... Good / Bad, Bitter / Sweet, New / Old, Friends / Family... Memories are an Integral part of our lives...
Remember the very famous Aamir Khan's very Successful movie "Ghajini" and his Short Term Memory Loss?? He forgets what happened with him and who he is after every 15 minutes...
Imagine... If everyday we get up and have nothing to recall from our previous day?? Nothing that we can get up and Look Forward to, Nothing to Feel Happy about, Nothing to Feel Bad about and Cry for... Just Nothing... Without Memories, there is no Life...
Sweet Memories keep us cheered up. Bitter and Bad ones remind of the lessons we should never forget. Good Memories keep us motivated. Sad Memories keep us connected with Something or Someone we Loved and Don't have now!!
It is not easy to get rid of memories we don't like and we should not even try it. Because without them, our life would have been incomplete... Some Learnings are never to be forgotten and so are some memories. Our brain is indeed a Master! It stores all the Wanted and Unwanted memories... Just a glimpse of someone from our Past and all the events seem to happen in front of us at Present...
Try Not to run from memories...
Learn and keep the Worst ones with you as Remembrance and Treasure the Best ones and Cherish them for Life...
Memories Are FOREVER!!
Cheers!!
God Bless!!

Resistance...
How easy is it for us to Resist?
How good are we at resisting something?
Resist... obstacles of our life from failing us...
Resist the games of God from letting us achieve what we desire...
Resist people from using us the way they want...
Resist ill logical and irrational things happening in the society...
Resist ourselves from being happy or sad...
We would have been successful in resisting one or more things mentioned above. But can we resist ourselves from being loved??
There are two kinds of love that may come across...
One... when someone tells you "I love you, You're mine..."
The other is when someone tells you "I'm Your's... Love you!"
We'd say that both mean the same. The Truth is, though both are confessions of love, the first shows a sense of possession. You are mine and no one else can get you. That person sure loves you but there would be conditions...
I'm Yours... simply says everything very quietly... The one who says this, loves you selflessly. That person does not want anything but you! He or She'd accept you with all your attributes and flaws and loves you for what you are. This love will never disappoint you in Life...
You can try hard to resist this love, but you won't be successful. The selfless love of a mother, the hidden love of the father, the fightful love of siblings, the care of friends and the Love of the one who says "I'm Your's"... Try as much as you can but you won't be able to Resist & keep yourself away from loving them back.
So Don't Resist the Love that comes your way and is ready to be your's forever without asking anything in return. And if you have someone you love and want to be with (regardless of what relationship you share), Make sure you give them that Selfless Love that they can't Resist Loving You...
LOVE...

Forgiveness...
Your spouse has cheated on you.
Your friend has used you.
Your sibling has fought with you.
Your love has hurt you.
You have done something that you are guilty about.
We get angry and furious with everyone sometime in life. It may be the closest ones or any stranger for that matter. We don't spare God or even ourselves from our Fury...
We can't be saints and "Not Get Angry". We are Humans and we tend to get annoyed with things we dislike. Not only that, an overdose of things we like also irritates us sometimes. That's how we are designed...
There is some reason for our anger and many a times it is a valid one. But the truth, is however hurt we are or however guilty we feel, anger only causes destruction. To others and to Us... One simple thing called Forgiveness can help.
Forgiving someone is easy to say, convenient to think about and immensely difficult to do... But we should give it a try at least... One secret that i want to share from my experience is that "Forgiveness is not for the other, its for ourself"
Start with little things and you'll love forgiving. But first, if there's something you've done, that has hurt anyone... Before asking them to forgive you, You'd have to Forgive Yourself...
Don't forgive someone because they are right or whatever happened is now over.
Forgive... because you want yourself relieved of the burden.
Forgive... because you don't want bitter memories.
Forgive... because you want yourself to be happy.
Forgive... because that will help you forget...
Try it!! It works...
Cheers!!
God bless!!

Try it!! It works...
Cheers!!
God bless!!

A Treat to all my readers!!
It is indeed celebration time today
Everyone’s happy and seems excited
And I wait for someone to say... Hey!
I’m here! Why are you heavy hearted??
I am lonely, for I chose to be so
Coz don’t want them to lose their fun
I don’t want any of them to know
I’m waiting for Him, who’ll never come!!
Everyone today wears a broad smile
No one see’s tears filled in my eyes
They’ve forgotten our heart’s fragile
And love makes us pay a heavy price!!
Why have I been away from my love?
Why is it going to be so forever…?
Is there no justice in this world?
Or something called LOVE existed never??
Thank you for being a motivation!!
Cheers!!
God Bless!!!

Future...
How much do we think about the Future...?
My Parents are worried if their kids will be settled before their life is over.
We Kids worry how to set things right in life and get what we want.
My Nieces and Nephews worry how they'd score in the exams.
Businessmen worry about how to expand business or make it better.
Couples worry how to keep the relationship alive.
Students worry what career to choose.
People who've taken a loan worry how they'd repay it.
Worry, Worry and More WORRY...
There is so much that we do for the Future but there is nothing we know about what will come next...
My cell beeped this morning showing a message from a friend. It was a forward that said...
"Don't worry about Tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own Worries... Today's Trouble is Enough for Today!!"
When we usually hear someone talking about the Future, Two of the following approaches are spoken about...
1. Think about the Future and Plan for it Now!
2. There's no point in thinking about the Future because we Don't know whats in store.
Here comes the solution to our Worry...
I feel This approach would work. Not necessary that we should plan everything now. Things may not work our way, we'd just end up being more disappointed with ourselves... Neither will too much worrying help.
Simple solution - Think about it, have plans in mind, but don't worry...
We all can learn to have a positive approach while being prepared to face what comes our way.... Have Dreams and make all efforts to achieve them but make sure you don't break down on the way if confronted by hassles. Because obstacles are made to Overcome...
Be Tough! Be Triumphant!!!
Cheers!!

New Friends...
We meet new people very often... Almost everyday..
Sometimes during our journey by train, sometimes as a co passenger on a flight, sometimes someone traveling in the same bus as us, sometimes on the Internet or social networking sites, somewhere at an event... Or simply introduced by someone we know...
We meet new people but we don't know how things will go from there on. We may like them in the first look and move a step ahead to build a bond of friendship Or We may dislike them and would not want to talk to them or even see them ever again...
Wait not if there is an opportunity of a new friendship. Make new friends... Sometimes they help us forget things we want to, but cant somehow. They make us smile and let us think of stuff that doesn't trouble us. We get to know new people, we learn some new things, we can share new experiences and the best part... We get a chance to create New Memories...
But just as Life is.... Unpredictable, you never know who's going to be with you for how long. The ones you need can be gone forever one day.. The one's who you'd never thought will be around may stand by you in your toughest times...
What lies in the future should not be our concern. Live the moments with all those who are a part of your life... The ones who have to go will go anyway. The one's who are made to be with you will be there come what may...
I met two new people today and just hours after we left, we became friends. True it is, New Friends always bring something New... So make New Friends and explore New People, New sides of Life and New Facets of Yourself!!!
To my two New Friends... Anjali and Anshu :)
Cheers!!

Distance...
HOW DO WE DEFINE DISTANCE???
The Number of Miles Between....
OR
The Empty Space that exists despite being a Few Feet away??...
At College, I used to meet people everyday, sit with the class through interesting and sleepy lectures, hang out with friends, chat for hours in a Cafe...
In spite of all this, there were times when we argued and stopped talking to each other. We would ignore them, avoid looking even when we were sitting next to each other and sometimes also look out for a place that was not close to them. Verbal and physical fights also happened sometimes. A look of Grudge appeared on our faces till the time the other apologized... Of course with time, everything used to get back to normal and we would be back together...
When Me and My Friends were finally Graduates, we decided that we'd take time out at least Once a Month and Catch Up. Watch a Movie, Go Bowling or simply Talk about the Good old days... Some of us Got a Job, Some Studied further and Some got busy with Family Business. But the Distance was not Too Evident because we knew that we were Just a Message or a Call away...
One of my friends was going to stay with her parents in Nigeria. "I'll miss you" she said sadly before leaving. But both of us very well knew that however Far we may be in terms of miles, cities, states, countries or continents, We would Always Be Close at Heart...
Now that All of us are on our Own Paths of Life, I Realize that the days when we could have met each other and created more memories to Cherish for life, were lost in Stupid Arguments and Illogical Ego Clashes... Now that we all are doing Our Own Thing, we long to get a glimpse of them for Months altogether...
Distance is the Vacuum we create between Two Hearts... Kill your Ego, Give Less importance to who's right and Value the Person more, and You will have Best Memories that would make you Smile all your Life... Even when those people are not physically around, Their Stupid Pranks, Nasty Jokes, Sarcastic Comments and Our Fun Time will Keep Us Close...
To All my Dear One's...
I love you all!!
Cheers!!
God Bless!!!

Joy....
There are a lot of things in life that give us joy...
We are of course very happy when things are happening the way we want them to. When we have all we want, we have no complaints. When people around us are happy, things are settled, we enjoy life.
But is that the real Joy?
Is that the Joy Of Life??
You'd say that when you have all you need, why shouldn't you be happy!
All of us are happy when things are Our way
The real Joy of Life is when things are not happening Your way and you have the Courage to face things with a smile.
You sure would agree with me, but do we actually do it? Rare... Ultra Rare... After all we are not happy, we are upset, we are surrounded with problems and don't find solutions. At least they don't seem visible to us. What we actually do is keep ourself in the disappointment and upset mode and that doesn't allow us to see the possible solutions.
Just one positive thought and we are ready to go! A whole New Thinking, An all New Reasoning and a Whole lot Of New Ideas and Solutions Await us!!
Listen to some songs that Cheer You.
Talk to people who encourage You.
Make all efforts to Motivate yourself.
Dance to the tunes of the songs you Enjoy.
Lighten your heart of all the burdens for sometime.
Go for a walk alone or spend some time with yourself by a lake.
Its in our hands to change our mood. We can either take things seriously only to the extent that it helps us find solutions. Or we can take things so seriously that we are unable to see any solutions
Life has not been very kind to everyone. It gives us a punch with some problems and we need to get the right ointment, apply it and let time heal us. The Best way to solve your problems is not by rushing but by having Patience...
Life's True Maza and True Meaning will be experienced when we learn to stay Confident and Determined in times of problems and Face them Head High and Win Over them!! BE JOYFUL. ENJOY LIFE!! :)
Cheers!!

Confessions...
I love you...
I'm sorry... It was my fault...
I should not have kept this a secret, but...
I'm grateful for what you have done. Just want to say Thank You!
Confessions...
We love someone but never express our feelings.
We know we hurt someone dear, but we don't apologize.
We realize nothing should be hidden from the one's we care for but we hesitate.
I have had small fights and arguments, all of us do... We know that those people are close to us. They are Dear and they Matter. Even then, there is something that keeps us a step behind from expressing our feelings or accepting our mistake. We are hesitant regardless of the fact that they are people we Care for, they are the One's close to us...
It is usually termed as Ego, but the reason is not that. There are Fears...
For Instance, Fears of Confessing Love :
We don't want to lose the Friend in the person we love.
We just want them to be happy with whoever he / she is with.
We don't want to create troubles for them.
Confessions are sometimes necessary to make. Silence may distance us from our loved ones and we may end up losing them as well. It is indeed very difficult to say Sorry. When we close our eyes and think about the person we've hurt, Sorry will be nothing more than just a word. We can use that one word to tell them we care... After all, mistakes should be to learn from..
Words can not be taken back once blurted out and actions cant be reversed. Once we have the realization that it was not the right thing we did, all we need to do is talk but after listening to what the other has to say. Sorry cant heal all wounds, an Apologetic Face, A Soft Touch and Some True Tears can surely help.
We say that nothing can be kept a secret from the Dear and Closed ones. More often that is exactly what happens. Our love is kept secret by the Fear of our Parents. Spouses rarely know the Dark Secrets of the other. I understand that somethings are better hidden than being disclosed but when such secrets reveal, they break trust, hearts, relationships and sometimes even people.
We may be very grateful to some people for what they have done for us. Appreciating their effort and two words - Thank You, will not do any harm. It may just bring a nice smile on their face when they need it.
What should be done?
Blurt it out. Say I love you, The person will respect your feelings. Say Sorry, Things will get alright. Say Thank You, It may make someone's day. Once Your Confessions are made, your Honesty and Truthfulness will be given more importance than the Secret that had been kept. The Result will be Stronger Bonds, Blossoming Relationships and A Better Life!!

Feeling Lonely....
How many times have you felt...
There is no one around you when your actually in a crowd??
You don't see a thing in spite of seeing everyone, you listen nothing despite all noises pouring into your ears...
Loneliness....
There may be people who have not had friends, who have not had the privilege to be with family, even those who have never found love... But There is none in this world who has not experienced This feeling...
The Mother who's busy with routine work, waits for her kids to return from school and when they don't talk to her, she feels lonely. A Wife who's been waiting for the husband doesn't get a look from the tired spouse, she feels lonely. A Friend has 100 other friends but when in real trouble, doesn't know whom to trust and share the problem with, he / she feels lonely... All of us know that we need not be physically single to feel lonely but we do not know why we feel so.
More often its just the absence of a source that makes us feel lonely. This source may be one that refreshes us, may be one that entertains us, may be one that relieves us form our troubles or may be simply one that take all the nonsense we have to drain out of ourselves at times. We sometimes need someone to give us input about something and sometimes just need someone to listen...
Not necessary that we get someone to talk to when we feel lonely. The Alternative is to find a Substitute. Listen to lively songs that make you feel better, Write what you feel in a diary, Do what makes you feel good, Go Shopping and get yourself something New and Nice... Solutions are many but the Fact is... All of this doesn't help much.
I feel it is important for us to feel lonely. Sometimes we need it and many times, it brings out the best in us. Einstein was sitting alone when he observed the apple fall from the tree. Buddha and Mahaveera attained Salvation in Solitude. We may find answers to complicated questions in Seclusion. Some of the most Inspiring and Successful Ideas may strike when you are Alone...
We just need to make most out of everything, Even Seclusion. Worry not about why you feel lonely, Think about How you can use this Solitude to Learn, Understand and Grow... With the help of this Loneliness, give a New Beginning, a New Chapter and A Brand New Dimension to Your LIFE....
(Dedicated to the one who wanted me to write about Loneliness!!)

FRIENDSHIP...
There is someone who pulls your leg...
Someone who teases you when your with someone Special...
Someone who is your support pillar when your broken...
Someone who arranges for you to sneak out of home...
Someone who knows how to bring a smile on your face when your upset (or atleast makes an effort to make you smile)...
This is the relation we share with our friends. Friendship has different definitions for different people but it means the same to all. Hard to Explain, Convenient to Feel and Express!!
It is said that Friendship connects Hearts because Unlike Relatives, we can Chose Friends. None of us can chose Family but We can chose Friends... This is why Friendships are more successful than relationships. Here, Importance is not given to the similarities between people, Importance is given to the Feelings. Friends usually don't express this plainly...
A Friend's Care is usually wrapped with little bit of Gussa, Thodi Shararat, Thodi Masti, Thodi Shaitaani, Little Critisism and topped with Sarcasm. (Maine kaha tha us ladki ko phool mat dena, tujhe sandal milega... Tu Saala Bada Aadmi, meri baat kyu sunega!!!)
Even after all this, if there are any problems between friends, they ensure that the other is fine through other means. (Yaar, maine use phone lagaaya tha, par gadhe ne uthaya nahi. Tujhse uski baat hui? Theek toh hai na woh?)
A true and fresh story goes something like this...
Two friends had a rift and stopped talking to each other before two years. They never spoke to each other even when they saw the other on the road. No birthday wishes, No festivities together. After over two years, the First Friend sends a Friend request to the Second on Facebook. The second one accepts it and they start messaging. A few later, the second Friend finds out the number of the First just to wish "HAPPY FRIENDSHIP'S DAY"
All's Well That Ends Well...
Relationships may also patch up after a long gap, but they are Not Accepted with the Grace and the same Care that Friendships can be made up with. Thats why we never break up with Friends... We may be apart but are Always Close at Heart. No matter how much distance increases physically... At Heart, Friends are always in the Vicinity!!!
This goes out to all the Friends in the World!!
Happy Friendship's Day!
God Bless!

Commitment
Do you know I was committed said my niece to me one day....
Commitment...
Does the youth know what commitment stands for? What it requires??
Commitment is the name they have given to a feeling we call Infatuation or Teenage Love.
The truth is, what they call commitment is nothing more than Attraction. They explicitly convey it as love since they do not mind exploring... Its more like an experiment with their growing Hearts. I use the word Growing because there are stronger feelings in store for them in future.
A few phone calls, everyday meets at college, movie going, late night chats.... All these are taken to be signs of Love called as Commitment in their language. While Commitment is something you'd give everything you have including Yourself. Its because of these perceptions that youngsters end up with wrong people or with hurtful breakups that have a long lasting and bad effect on their Hearts..
This is not a discussion against the love of the Young Hearts... But a little caution and a better Understanding of True Feelings can lead their Hearts on the right track giving them Happy Experiences to Cherish throughout their Lives...

Love... But know what Love is before you Confess!!
Cheers!

Past Love
I asked a friend if she's in love. To this she replied "I had been in a relationship for over two years. We made all efforts to be together, but after he got engaged, I decided I wont love again. May be I dont know if I'll ever love again" I did not rebuttal her further but just thought over it while I was alone.
How many of us have loved someone deeply? So much so that life without their companionship seems close to impossible. We are so into them that we dont want to imagine life without them. Also, after physical separation with our loved ones, how many of us readily accept that love is still there for us?
Many of us shut the doors of our hearts so hard that we dont realize that there is indeed abundant love for us. There is love of our family and friends which we recognize but there is also love of Someone Special as well. The love that we keep looking for all our lives. The one some of us dont find and some of us lose. What we dont know is that the love that we go in search for may expect things form us but the love that comes our way doesn't want anything but US. This holds true with regard to our family, friends and also that Special Someone.
So whenever your love walks away from you, remember that there is someone else who will walk towards you with his / her love for you and this love will teach you to love again.
"Life is a River, Everything Changes, Nothing Remains Forever. What Remain are the Memories of the Special people who've touched our lives like Waves..."
So there is no need to get away form their thoughts or the memories of the Past Love. Whats needed is that we dont build walls around our hearts. Because these walls will only make us forego the Love of our Future while we cry over the Love of our Past!!
Love Again!!

Cheers to life!!
While getting dressed this morning, I stood in front of the mirror looking at my casual attire and wondering if the dress is okay to wear for a temple. When we make food, we ponder if people will like it. What if it doesn't taste like it should? We hesitate to talk to our parents about our relationships. A girl or a boy doesn't confess her or his love to someone worried what the other would think. Parents usually do not want their kids to "go Astray" because of societal fear. Employees do things to please their bosses just to ensure they have a good image in the boss's mind. Al's well if the Boss is happy!!
Many times we worry more about what others think about us than our own opinion about us. Of course opinion of our dear and loved ones does matter. But is it justice to let others take control of our thoughts and influence us every time, in everything we do??
From getting dressed to our speech, from confessing our love to sharing our feelings with our parents... We are always worried about what the other would think! Little Thing, Great Significance!!
Change is good but only if it is for ourselves. For all those who have changed themselves for others.... Please take time out and contemplate what has made you forget yourself. Ponder if the Change is worth it. Worry not about what others think about you, Talk your heart, Believe in yourself and Walk head high to make your existence felt. You are Yourself because of your Attributes (good & bad). Learn and Grow with every Experience. Don't get influenced and change Yourself!! After all... Its just one Life and we cant afford to lose it in thinking what others think about us!!
Cheers To Life!!
